How do I get juicy calves?
I feel like i can do a million calf raises, but my feet arches kill me.

Do a variety of calf exercises (calf raises, donkey calf raises, rotary calf raises, seated calf raises) all til failure and hit each from 3 different angles. Neutral(feet forward), feet pointed inward, feet pointed out. That's how you hit calves the hardest
Walk up and down stadium steps and ramps with a 50-pound hiking backpack on. My 60-year-old dad does this and he can't get his socks over his calves.
Hiking and playing soccer blew my calves up as a teen. Later got fat and they got even meatier.

Run in a small ish (30 ft) circle, facing the center and taking side steps. Go fast enough so you can lean into the center to activate your calves. Alternate direction every minute or so.
