Alright I need help in this monumental point in my life where I will dedicate myself to either vanilla ice cream or french vanilla creme for 5 pounds of protein powder.I heard vanilla ice cream tasted like shit like 8 years ago so they made a new formula. I hear its good now, but quite sweet.
People say the french vanilla creme is milder and less sweet, but I've never had the opportunity to try either Vanilla ice cream or french vanilla.
Im currently siding towards french vanilla creme because I will want to mix it into other drinks + it has better macros ---> 110 calories 24g protonz vs vanilla ice cream ---> 120 calories, 24g protonz.
If you've tried both before, tell me which you prefer. Inb4 go for extreme milk chocolate... I already have that and I enjoy it but I need a vanilla flavor
I got the chocolate coconut ON from the amazon deal the other day. Came out to like $9/lb. Tastes bretty gud so far. IDK about those flavors, I ain't down with fake vanilla flavors.

can also taste like chalk in room temperature water
i got the vanilla ice cream and it sucks. i use milk instead of water and it still sucks, bad after taste. get strawberry

Daily reminder that when you buy flavored protein you are getting 3% less protein and when you get chocolate flavored protein you are getting a full 8% less protein.
It takes that much artificial flavor to produce the taste.

1. Put scoop in shaker with ball.
2. Add bare minimum of water to allow proper mix.
3. Shake the fuck out of it.
4. Drink it in like 2 seconds.
