when you're at the gym next time you should do reverse neck crushers with a heavy ez bar, make sure you don't have a spotter and go till failure. if that is too much get the cables and wrap it around your neck and do some hang downs, they're really good for killing yourself, which i suggest you do. hope it helps :)
