I let my refeed go 1 week longer than I should have. Would be 5 pounds lighter if I had stuck with it. Would be 20 pounds lighter if I had forgone the refeed altogether.

I broke my PSMF on Sunday, eating at maintenance. No lasting damage - just a 1 day stall. Can't let that become a habit.

Family get together last weekend.
