What will you replace them with?

I have alcoholism. I am going to replace it with gambling at the casino. That way I can hit the gym the next day feeling fresh.

"obsessive compulsive disorder" does not mean what you've read. it means you obsessively and/or compulsively have and act on certain thoughts or ideas that you can not get rid of. for me, it's creating tiny patterns by dragging any body part on a surface (tongue, fingers, toes) or rhythmic tapping that forms patterns with 2 sides

kind of hard to explain. it also doesn't always stay the same. used to have extremely sickening thoughts about close people to me that make me sick just thinking about, luckily got over that shit.

i know a girl who has belongings or entire areas become "infected" and she has to either move out or throw things in the trash.

That's the second time I've been recommended that, but like I said last time. It's four times more expensive. £9.73 for 454g, (£21.43/kg), whereas Nutella is £5 for 1kg.

I'm lazy, not enough to not lift but enough to not cook. I lost a few months of gains for bad nutrition because I would only eat bland spaghetti and bland rice with no meat. I cook pretty well too, that's not the problem.
