I hurt my penis and im not really sure how I did it. Im unable to have sex anymore do to the pain from it and the foreskin right below the head is swolen (im cut) . Right near the base of my penis it hurts also and there is a kind of hard lump under the skin, same with near the head.

What did I do? Its not an STD I got tested and am clean.
