I have this to work with and I would like for you to suggest me best exercises to do with the equipment I have. I'm making a 6 day training program for myself and could use a bit of help from the more experienced people. Thanks in advance!

4x15 squat (do 5x5 if u can get more disks and a rack,if u cant,keep to a weight you can clean from the floor)

you could also add 4+4 sets of curls and hammer grip curls on back day (tuesday-friday) if you have enough time.
