I literally spat out water when I saw that one,,,,he is so fucking delusional and autistic,,,,literally don't know how he has any sort of following but then again the YouTube fitness community never ceases to amaze me.
Saw one the other day of him doing his "cardio" while playing fucking video games, BARELY pedaling on a bike and playing ps4. Then says how he can only do liss cardio because of some heart thing, also why he doesn't do any meets or "lift real heavy" anymore.
He legitimately has mental illness though, the video where he claims to be some contract killer for the government as a civilian with no military background summed that up real quick.
