Well, 60kg is light af, eat a ton of food. Track is with myfitnesspal or another calorie counting app. Eat at least 500 over maintenance. But you can probably afford 1000 over maintenance. You should grow muscles pretty fast if you are clean eating, and eating at a large surplus

alright heres a forearm workout for anyone interested in getting more vascular. Each set is directly after the other with max 10s break.

grab a straight bar and have it at 45-60 lbs depending on your level of forearms

1: wrist curls, hold the bar with palms outward and curl for 15 reps.

2: I call these bar rolls idk the actual term. basically start by hold the bar in the center of your palms and let it roll to your fingertips and roll it back to your palms for a rep. do this for 15 reps.

3: now hold the bar behind your body and do wrist curls behind you. do this for 15 reps.

4: bring the bar back in front of you and hold it with palms facing you with a grip thats slightly wider than narrow grip and do reverse curls until failure.
