hi /fit/
can you get a good and time efficent upper body workout using only dumbells and cables?
i was thinking of doing opposing muscles supersets, smnth like
seated db shoulders press / pulldown
incline db press / seated row
cable pushdown / cable curl
3 sets per exercise and go to failure, 2min rest between supersets and then just fuck around with some preacher curls, shoulder raises, face pulls at the end of the workout, sometimes change cable curl for dumbell curl, incline chest press for normal one or decline etc for variation
do this 3/4 times a week, takes about an hour and you hits all the upper body, what do you think?
