routine depends on time of year, but basically auto regulated push pull legs.
my hypertrophy "pump work" when cutting but still hit minimum percentages on my big three lifts to keep some strength, powerlifting focus when i bulk or maintain(most of the year).
but basically some rep scheme of the big three lifts, although i swap out pendlay rows for DL usually and peak my DL separately.
