Anyone think its kinda dumb advice for new lifters to be squatting and deadlifting x3 a week? They will be weak as hell and probably inflexiable with shitform. Its literally asking for an injury

they are weak, inflexible and have shit form. that's why you make them do the same exercises over and over again so they can become less weak, more flexible and gradually improve their form. wtf else are they supposed to do?

I tore my knee squatting 70kg last year

it can easily happen

like all of it?

SS is kinda optimized for people who already do sports and shit, but even people who are inflexible have to start somewhere. Having them squat less isn't going to fix their problem. If anything they should be squatting 7 days a week, but with less weight. You don't need several days recovery between stretching and practicing form, and if that is their problem that's what they should work on.

You're nothing but an X-Box playing, fantasy football playing, Starbucks coffee drinking, soda drinking, porno addicted crossfitter. Cookie cutter porn addict. Come fight me.

I would honestly start with Lyle McDonalds's bulking routine and increase weight by session, with the exception of deadlifts so as not to snap your shit. It is much more fun and you get the same amount of work done.

It happens senpai. I pulled my MDL squatting 190lbs.

Anyway new lifters should definitely squat and DL, but primarily focus on form and developing strong stabilizers. The reason I fucked my shit up at a babby weight was because my hams sucked and my knees were wobbling.

You are right. We should start them out with only doing it once a month and then slowly graduate them up to once every two weeks, then keep it there for about 14 years so they can get used to this huge work load and then finally give them three times per month, with a week off for recovery of this heavy ass load.

Eventually they are allowed to start doing it multiple times per week, but only when they can handle 2 times per week can they start doing more than one warmup set.

People who suggest SS seem to forget it is a beginner program where the guy has zero previous lifting skills or knowledge.

Making them do big compound lifts without correction on form would be retarded.

Making them do big compound lifts with form correction would be very benificial.
