If I really want to progress I do nothing but focus and listen to music and then one minute before the set I start breathing very deeply just under the point of hyperventilating just so i'm well oxygenated for the set. sounds silly i know, but it seems to help

I sme my fingers. I know that it sounds weird but the bars at my villages gym give an orgasmic smell. Sometimes I forget at sniff on them for 5-7 minutes. Also it makes me press harder
