there is absolutely zero evidence that eating eggs long term effects you in any negative way if you have a balanced diet.
the few people that showed negative side effects have shit genetics and/or are older where their bodies are already starting to slow down.

I eat 4 eggs every morning along with 1 glass of milk.
I noticeably feel better on days that I do this and have a much higher sex drive.
On days I try to supplement a breakfast with just fruit/leaner meats I feel like a fuck boy.

choloesteral is not bad for you. the body metabolizes it fine.

the problem with cholosteral is that over years small amounts of it will become oxidized (because you have to breath in oxygen every second) over your lifetime and this will eventually kill you.

thats exactly how it works. its part of the aging process. its a bit more indepth ofc. oxidized cholosterol sits on artery walls and fucks up white blood cells sent to remove it, which then cause issues elsewhere leading to heart disease.

aging is not the only way to amass oxidized cholesterol, its just guarenteed that other time it will amass.

Where was the science that said that? There was no reference. What was referenced was a paper by Harvard University that said eggs increase your risk of heart failure, which, interestingly, they don't even need to raise your cholesterol to do.

High Cholesterol is correlated to heart disease but I don't think there's really proof that lowering your cholesterol intake or whatever actually prevents heart disease. Seeing as lipitor is the world's most profitable drug (raking in $13 billion annually) there's reason to be suspicious about claims that a high cholesterol diet is actually bad for you. The pharmaceuticals industry is corrupt as fuck and the companies that make these things are usually the ones funding the research about whether they work or not. Even when a drug is up for something like FDA approval, the FDA doesn't really have the money to conduct trials themselves, and they rely on data given to them by the people who made the drug
