Struggling to get adequate protein on such a deficit. Basically eating salad and lean meat.

Going well. Down 9 lbs in 4 weeks. MyFitnessPal goal is 2250/day, I usually end up somewhere between 1800-2000. Lifts have still been increasing other than OHP, but I'm a weakfag.

I'm 5'11", 181lb right now. As soon as my love handles disappear, I'll bulk again.

Not a job per say, just do enough handyman work to get by, but most manual labor is basically LISS

Also 10 mins anaerobic cardio 2 days a week (lifting 3 days a week, only one full rest day)

Push press is a great accessory for ohp progression.

Losing weight is a catabolic process, genius.

But during the 4 hour window when I feast on 1400kcal, I do strength training (3x a week), and am anabolic enoug to not only maintain, but also make gains (just hit 135x3 on ohp)

Granted that was at the very start of the cut, and I don't expect much more progress, as long as I only cut 10lb at a time, with a 9 day refeed (just eating maintenance) I don't lose much strength.

Anaerobic cardio helps preserve lbm, as does strength training.
