Also just consciously try to keep your posture right. It takes effort but eventually conscious effort becomes habit and you won't even have to think.

To add to this, depending on how fucked you are you might have to stretch the opposing muscle from the one you work out.
If your posture is fucked typically one side is too tight and one side is too weak. If the tight side is fairly normal then whatever you're gucci. But if the tight side is too tight then stretching that while you strengthen the other side will help immensely.
If you google bad postures you'll be able to find which one you have, then you can google that name and fixes and you'll find tons of stuff.
