You do though. You genuinely honestly do, especially after 24 months of not lifting. A broken hand meant I couldn't lift anything for about 6 months, then I couldn't lift heavy for a year. Now it's fully healed I can thrash weights and grip hard like I used to.

As stated before, not interested in number games so much as I am in functionality and health. 60kg is not max, nor is it 1x5. It's the max I do now though, at 3x10.

I can record myself at the gym later doing bench 1x5. I'd assume I could only do 90kg tops rn.

I spend a lot of time talking with people who focus on powerlifting. I know how fast the progress is. The strongest trips in /plg/ don't bench more than 180kg with some change after YEARS of training. Squatting over 200 is respectable if your training history is between 3-5 years.

right now I'm lifting to maintain the muscle I have and get the abs.
Then I'm gonna EAT BIG TO GET BIG CMON and get big arms, legs, chest, everything.
I want to establish a low fat baseline before I get bulking, and then build the body that I want.
If other people happen to like that body too, that's fine.

Some lies are self evident enough that they don't need to be proven. For example a guy with a tiny frame benching nearly 4pl8 (yes, that's what benching 150x5 means) after 2 years of training. And then degrading down to benching under 2pl8 in 2 years.
