>2 Weeks in to working out, look in mirror, no results (obvi), not surprised
>Moved from barely being able to bench 80lbs to 150 in about a month
>Every lift in program increasing in weight exponentially essentially
>3 months later
>Catch glimpse of self in mirror
>Still dyel by /fit/ standards, but fucking huge improvement from beginning
>Literally pose in mirror for 20 minutes last night
>Went from almost being able to connect my fingers around my bicep to barely being able to wrap hand around it

Holy shit, no one told me it would be this amazing
I don't really look big but all I want to do is flex all the time now holy hecking heck

For 3 months that's good progress. Especially considering unless you find some crazy flattering lighting I find photos can be pretty misleading, and gains that are obviously visible IRL looks like nothing.
