Norsie, Magnusson Ortmayer has been going great. 2/3rds through and I went from a 405 (training max) deadlift to last week when I hit 315 for a 4x4, 355 for a 1x2, and 395 for a 1x2, finished with 315x8 with a 20 second static hold. This is after 6 hours of sleep and fatigued from losding plates at he Arnold so it's definitely moving up. Weights are getting much easier, glad I took the plunge. I'll let you know how test week goes in a month.

Yeah, I'd only ever singled my way (outside of warming up) and linear progressed to 405 and am glad you convinced me to do it. The volume is perfect and you can feel the fatigue build up before every 4th week where you finally rest. Doing reps is really different but I know it's gonna have a huge translation to my 1rm.

I wouldn't focus too much on bulking, I'd just lift hard, and maybe let bw come up 1lb every month or two, as long as you aren't getting too soft. Do this until you fill out your desired weight class, and then you can eventually bulk slightly above that class, and cut for competitions as become more advanced

I don't recommend ever doing this program again but now you've started it you may as well finish it.

Can't grip as wide as I want if I arch and have to shoulder raise the bar out (lifting my ass helps a little with this). Racking it sucks even more, just going straight back makes me hit the pins, so another shoulder raise. Eventually my shoulders always start hurting if I don't narrow my grip.

This expensive as fuck gym with poor opening hours is my last hope to find proper equipment.

Oh, yeah. Absolutely. I'm just a few months into PL'ing so I know my gains are entirely from me not doing any types of reps on deadlifts and so on. Just wasn't sure what the smartest option was. And it feels like maybe 6-7 RPE or whatever bullshit for my sets right now, there's a lot in the tank. Just worried about hitting a breaking point but I only got 3 weeks of training left.

However, when you start to talk about ball and socket joints, two joint muscles, and fan shaped muscle things get much more complicated. Ball and socket joints allow for such a long ROM that a muscle can be used to move a joint in opposite directions as the joint passes the ROM that the muscle pulls in and stretches the muscle in the opposite ROM. Fan shaped muscles can also apply force in multiple directions since their origin is spread over a much wider area and allows them to pull the insertion towards Amy point on the origin. Two joint muscles are some of the most difficult to understand since the body has to be looked at more wholistically, and direction of force and joint leverages have to be examined to determine the actual ability of a joint to work in a given situation.

I used to think the natty limit was so much lower than the lifts i have now, once i progressed and realized how stupid that ides is, i could bin the idea of 'natty limit ' completely, and this is just reinforced by how bad i think most untested lifters are, which probably is due to The lack of trial and error in drugged training . Its a self sabotaging shit 'i cant ' attitude.

I only half agree with you. Sure, you can compete natty, but only the most gifted people will really take it somewhere. Drugs kinda help to make the talent less of a requirement and allow less gifted people to push their barriers.
And please, don't tell me that's not the case. You made more progress in 4 years than some people manage to make in 10, so I'd say you are at least somewhat gifted. I know a guy who was benching 120kg for sets of 6 after ~8 months of shitty bro-tier programming with one time per week frequency, while other people are struggling with 2pl8 bench after 2 years of reasonably structured lifting.
I don't know how far I can get myself and I don't really plan to jump on gear, but I know that progress slowed down dramatically for me and it is kinda discouraging.

no and countries like china and other they don't get tested off season only in competition, they use shorter detection time PED's closer to competition and then come off. Are you dropping your shoulders back before you set up? It should feel like a lat pull-down and you should try keep your hands as close as you can without stopping your lats from being able to fire. The bar should be across your shoulders so you can push back when coming back up from your squat.
