its 4.30 pm here and pic related is where I am at with my macros and micros, as you can see while I havent eaten a full day yet I already cover almost all of them

I still got 1300 kcal left to eat so you can imagine I will fill the remaining vits too

You dont need supplements, maybe vit D or some protein but other than that lots of fruit and vegetables will do.

Main part of the meal:
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese
Lunch: Flounder
Diner: Turkey

Ass loads of low calorie veggies added in. Milk before bed.

Easy PZ. Only E is the issue for me because I do not eat a lot of fatty veggies ( I supplement this).

D is not an issue on training days, as I do drink 10oz milk & scoop of whey after a workout, which takes me to around 90-100% DV.

If you are autistic enough to get all your micros, at least be autistic enough to change the limits to something better.

For example your omega 3 : omega 6 ratio is completely fucked. it should be 1:6, not 1:16 (easaly fixed by eating more fish or flax seed)

Also, some of the minerals have a very low deafalt limit in cronometer, do some research and change them.
