How long do you wait to work out after eating?
I like to lift before eating much of anything. 1scoop and a banana an hour before going into the gym.

About 20-30 minutes. I'll just take a small snack and then eat ton of shit after the workout.
I do intermittent fasting, so around 16-18h depending on the day.

i eat my first meal around 1-1:30 and lift around 5:30 everyday so.. 4 ish hours? i dont really have or like to eat right before i workout but ymmv
usually eat about 3-5 hours prior to working out. Might have a light snack like an orange 1 hour prior.
I thought you should wait at least 2 hours?
