I have been cutting sucsessfully for a while. Recently started a low carb diet and have had success (though I have not entered ketosis) my issue is im having trouble with bowel movements. I don't want to become dependent on laxatives so here is what I'm considering.
Eating 3beefy 5 layer borrutos from Taco Bell.(this used to always loosin me up) then fasting tomorrow only drinking 2 protine shakes. This will put me at my protine macros and keep me in a deficate for my tdee. However I will go 80+ my usual carb intake. What does fit think of this idea? Iv already tried more fiber/less fiber/less protine/less water...ext... My deficite is about -700 cals to -500 cals but I only poop about once every 5 days.

I went from 230 to 165 with less than 15%bf in about 8 months. Again I don't want to become dependent on laxatives and this may be worth a shot

Try eating more fibrous vegetables like broccoli. Chia seeds also have a good amount of fiber and no carbs.

I went a week eating 40+g of fiber, then a week eating 20g fiber..... I have eaten plenty of chix/broccoli. This has been a issue for 3 months and I'm constantly changing my eating habits. Laxatives do make me go I'll take some about once per month If I go 7 days without.

4) cooked spinach about 100g
5) avocado (dat fiber)
