What I don't understand is how you can get so desperate that you're willing to start using dangerous drugs just to change your appearance, then you have to keep taking them forever or your 'gains' vanish with them? Also there are personality and cognitive changes that occur with steroid use that make them addictive. Sounds like a drug addicition to me. Why would any reasonably well-adjusted person do that to themselves? Makes no sense.

I never said anything about it not being a drug addiction, i just gave a response to the question why someone would take steroids. And i believe it's because they don't want to wait for something that could take years naturally when they could achieve it in months with steroids.

You seem to be implying that steroid users stop at their so-called 'natty limit' and are satisfied with that, which we all know is not the case, it's a self-reinforcing addiction and nobody ever stops there. Therefore it's an addiction and steroid users are drug addicts.
