I just try to keep it to low-moderate fat intake for both meals
Ideally I would be avoiding bread as well but I can only make so many meals with legumes

I've been lifting in a fasted state for so long.

1 cup of oats with some skim milk/water done for 90 seconds in the microwave. Add a bit of honey for flavour. sometimes ill have a couple of rice crackers with cottage cheese with that aswell.
Usually eat that about 45-60 minutes before going in.
Usually have dinner afterwards or some more food.
