This is a v good base. I would suggest jumping on a proper routine, probably SL, and doing some amount of cardio on 2-3 of your off days. For the cardio, I would advise against LISS unless you are in training for a sport. Chances are you wont do HIIT properly (most the fags on this board don't know what it actually entails), so do things like 3x10' on the erg, stuff like that. Don't push for gains too quickly, and try eat at a minor deficit. Should be visibly more muscular fairly soon.

If you're interested, I recommend bragg's organic acv, which can be found at whole foods. Dilute 1 tbsp before breakfast and dinner with a large glass of water. If you can't stand the taste, then mixing a spoonful of honey makes the taste bearable

Not by a whole lot, the biggest thing comes down to HOW the body responds i.e, a taller male has a much higher tdee than a female, a male will put on muscle faster, a female will retain an extra 5-10%bf.

Eat this every night for 3 months and you will lose up to 50% of your bodyweight. You don't have to exercise or change your diet. Make sure that you eat this BEFORE you eat anything else that day. It essentially neutralizes the growth of fat cells.
