Went too heavy on squats on wednesday, skipped friday, legs still feel funny so I think I have a minor injury.

How long should I wait, or should I wait at all before doing squats again?
I read in some article that even a minor injury means 2 weeks of rest

I know what doms are, been on SS for 6 weeks now, this is different.
Basicly what happened was I added 45 lbs to my squat in a span of 7 days, because I really wanted to hit 100kg/225 lbs.

if you have an injury you shouldn't lift, you could make it worse and then you'll be out even longer.

Safe bet is to train light the next time you do squats and not try to add 45lbs in a week. Work your way slowly back up to 225 over a few weeks. Better to have slow gains then to be laid up in snap city.
