Bodyfat according to my own measurements (91cm belly and 39 neck) 19%
Since my bodyfat is high and i have a muffin top (fat lower belly and love handles) and absolutely no muscle whatsoever i decided to still keep cutting.
I eat 1200-1500kcals a day
My main goal is to just look not-out-of-shape now.

Come back in 3-4 weeks. Until you can keep a consistent cut and you're serious about it. Day 2 is nothing. Day 30, people can maybe start to believe you're serious.

Seriously if you spent as much effort into lifting weights and eating right as you do making these pointless threads you might actually look good. Litterally all you have to do is eat around your TDEE, get enough protein and stick to a fucking routine and you will be good but i mean your to anxious to do shit so you will never make it.

I don't eat sugars. I only started trying to get in shape 4 weeks ago and it started with 1600 calorie limit and lifts. So far I always focus on eating fruits/veggies/proteins first, then once I've reached or come close to reach my req for protein I started eating more carb heavy foods (pasta, bread, etc.) I think I'm doing well. My food tracker tells me I'm doing well too

I started with somewhat decent lifts since I was a swimmer back in high school. I think they were around:
OHP: 105
Bench: 165
Squat: 185ish maybe?
Deadlift: 240
Are your lifts in lbs or kg? Either way you have a long way to go, but don't give up. To be honest if I were you though, I wouldn't drop my calories so low. Just eat at a somewhat moderate deficit so you can build some strength too. You won't look good unless you have some muscle under all that fat. Also don't be afraid to ask a random person to spot you at the gym. You do really need to push yourself and a spotter on bench press will help a ton.

Thanks, but I was a super skelly back then at 5'11 153 lbs, I just cut to a really low bf. Now I'm sitting at 5'11 172 lbs ~12% bf and am much stronger.
