Tastes pretty awesome though. What's gross about it, the egg? Most South American or Asian restaurants scramble egg into their fried rice or soup. Makes it creamier and you barely even taste it. Lots of protein.
>>
Looks like ground shrimp aka fucking ew
>>
I eat the same thing every night. An assload of rice fried up with some grassfed butter and 2 eggs, a couple of chicken thighs, broccoli, and black beans all mixed together with greek yogurt and hot sauce.

Nice little concoction my melanistic amigo. I like maruchan spicy chicken bowl with two cans of tuna. 50g protein, $3, ready in 3 min. Not bad not bad.
>>
>>36326993
Are you retarded? You need 250 - 450 grams of carbs per day. That Ramen has like 25. The fuck is wrong with you.

You'll find them in the babby aisle right next to activated almonds

A lot of saturated fat and simple carbs to be honest. Throw in a complex carb and some veggies and I'll give you a 10/10
>>
If you don't cook, you're a faggot.

I've got myself a nice spaghetti sauce.
Beef, carrots, peppers, onions, garlic.
It's a bit heavy on the carbs, but it tastes great.
So I can eat small amount of calories
>>
>>36327966
that's a high rating thank you
>>
>>36327965
Need carrots and rice/beans.
>>
>>36327965
Is that fish or chicken? Either way 10/10. I'd probably throw in a little bit of a complex carb and fat like half a piece of multigrain toast with peanut butter for dessert
>>
>>36327966
Enjoy your anus being fucking prolapsed by your dildo ass shits
>>
>>36328001
Grilled chicken for lyfe.
Its amazing how some people on /fit/ always complain about chicken being tasteless and dry, or getting tired of it. Shit is GOAT.

That's a lot of shit.

If you were frugal, you'd have a pea soup

Split pea soup with ham is based
>>
>>36328110
It really is.
Got like 6 days off my last one for like 10 bucks.

Based as fuck

The real trick to pea soup is reducing it enough and adding enough salt and pepper
>>
>>36328123
on next week's episode of /fit/ dinners: a massive steaming pile of chili mac. Not as cheap but so fucking worth it, god damn i love chili
>>
No pics because I ate it all.
Satay chicken, bacon, peas, corn, carrot, bean sprouts and brown rice.
Literally just cook the pieces that need it and throw it at itself. Done.
>>
>>36328150
Ditto man.

Ever add choco powder to a good chili?
So worth
>>
>>36328047
nice
>>
>>36328035
Hell yeah it is. Throw on some black pepper and a pinch of salt and MWAH. DELICIOUS.

>>36328047
8/10, I'd drop the ice cream
>>
>>36327567
You animal.
I lifted with a guy that would put blueberries and tuna in a blender, but this, this is a whole new level.
>>
>>36328047
10/10 breh, good choices. very diverse and probably tasty
>>
1/2lbs ground turkey
rice
steamed broccoli + carrots
>>
>>36328287
once you try this flavor you can never drop it

>tfw I accidentally biked 20 miles on what was supposed to be a rest day yesterday, then ate my feels with three double cheeseburgers and half a pint of the stuff
>>
>>36327965
What kind of seasoning do you guys use?
>>
>>36328387
You add salt to those carrots?
Fucking based.

If you're feeling like can you deal with fat, add some cheese those vegies.
Then you'll devour them like meat
>>
>>36328406
Chicken breast just need salt and pepper.
Veggies need butter and salt.

Together, it's delic
>>
>>36328406
Brine chicken for 30 minutes, pat dry, rub with olive oil or melted butter, combine two parts salt and one part paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
Sprinkle it on then bake, pan fry, or grill it. It's amazing stuff, my dude. You won't regret it.
>>
>>36328510
You can do that with just pan fry butter breast and rice.
Let's be honest.

Unless you had cream or milk, shit's gonna be simple
>>
>>36326993
Guess eggs and chicken are empty calories too right? And the avocado, that's all carbs right? Dumb ass
>>
>>36328552
Do it how you want, I just recommend a brine. It makes the chicken way more moist and delicious.
>>
>>36328762
Salt makes everything delicious
>>
>>36328767
Well, yeah, but I'm mostly interested in not eating dry-ass chicken.
>>
>>36328813
Salt it up.

That modern sodium crisis is from a bunch of 60 year olds worried about their hearts.

You're fine eating as much salt as you want.
