Idk if this is a new troll thread or not since I haven't been on fit in a while, but you will look fit to normies, the autists on here will say you look like shit but the average person will think you're an athlete.

I said I myself some a reallly really slight improvement, probably due to me burning away fat and getting some muscle mass in place of it.
I know that I wont get any decent aesthetic improvements before some time, but that's by this place's standard (which are good) but normie-wise, I think I will look decent for the summer, as I said people are already complimenting me (there's some conf bias in there though, they know Ive been going and I am indeed way more athletic

I'm in the same boat, we gotta eat more! I'm 5'8" 142lbs and this is the second day of my diet, first day I was 40g short on my protein goal, but today I got around 2800 calories and 150g protein.

My stomach is starting to bulge out and I won't be able to go to the gym for at 3 weeks minimum so should I just keep bulking until then? Also what about exercise?

I've been reading the sticky but now I'm under the impression I'm supposed to get big and then exercise it off or something. I'm really dumb.
