/fit/ what do I do when I am walking and a grill is walking towards me going the opposite direction and I want to show off my gains and not spill my spaghetti every time?
First off when I see a lone grill walking towards me, my hands get sweaty as fuck and I seriously dont know where to look. I try not to stare at the ground like a beta but then that just means that I usually end up grimacing forward trying to look tough and mysterious until I crack an awkward smile because its my defense in stressful situations. Then they usually think i'm laughing at them or a complete sperg.
Also, should I kind of flex my forearms and biceps a bit? should I try to make eye contact? pls help me bros, im no better off now than I was being dyel

Personally I'm usually doing me and have no intention of interacting, so holding my head straight I tilt it back slightly (subtle proverbial "nose in the air"), raise eyebrows slightly and look ahead as if they don't exist. Funny because they'll play with their hair, or some adjustment as you pass them or you'll catch them looking (expecting you to notice then) through peripheral vision.
