And for hand size only thing I know of would be just adding muscle mass to your body in general I assume having big forearms would increase your hand size a little bit

I think it's mostly genetic but small hands and wrists makes your forearms and arms look bigger, it's pretty well known in bodybuilding that thin bones with a lot of muscle mass looks more aesthetic than big bones with the same amount of mass

Mine are about 6 I think
From what I've noticed around fit anything under 6 is small and will make the rest of your frame look a lot bigger,
7 is about medium sized to average id say but I know some people who have like 8 inches so you can still be aesthetic brah
