What does /fit/ think of Subway?
>>36298149
shit-tier food
>>36298149
I like the meatball marinara
you could do worse but honestly there's no reason why you can't make your own before you go out
>>36298149

Literally poison
>>36298186
The best macros for least amount of money is my goto as well>>36298200
Have fun spending an hour making a fucking sandwich, just how long would it take to cut all the vegetables you want cook the chicken etc
>>36298215
Yes, he's currently in prison getting a different version of the double-meat that Subway offers.
It's delicious but I know I could make the same sandwich for substantially less but I'm too lazy to
>2015+1
>bread
>>36298261
>literally never been to a grocery store before
I can make a sandwich superior to subway's child raping poison subs in about 5 minutes and it would cost like $3 in ingredients. added bonus of not having to observe the american consumer in the subway habitat.
>>36298261
>Have fun spending an hour making a fucking sandwich
people actually believe this
According to Jared it'll turn you pedo
>subway
>not even once
>>36298149

Where are you from ?
Here in Germany, subway is extremely expensive. As well as Burger King or Mc Donald's. So besides just beeing a load of carbs, it is not even cheap
probably the "healthiest" fast food place but its still a fast food place
>>36298149
Good for helping you get into smaller pants. Just ask Jared.
>>36298149
it seems healthy till you realize the bread has a metric ton of sodium in it
>>36298278
hes getting really fat again too. eating cakes and honeybuns, and he always gets chased out of the gym because hes a chomo
>>36298421
>falling for the sodium is bad for you meme in 2016
i bet you think msg is bad for you too.
>>36298149
Like all fast food, it's pretty shitty, but out of the fast food options it is the least worst i guess
>>36298433

Not sure but when i was tracking macros carefully double chicken on a salad from panera had more protein than double chicken on a buritto bowl.
Both were above 70g from what i remember.
you obviously don't want this shit to be a staple in your diet. the meats are mostly processed and of questionable quality, but if you're out and need something fast it's a much better choice than mcdonalds or some shit. i really love the occasional tuna sub from subway (these have been my goto for the 2 or 3 cheat days i've had on my cut thus far) and there are much worse things i could be indulging in. in the end this is not top quality food, but we're not robots and it's alright to occasionally eat things that you enjoy in moderation.

bruuuhhhhhh
>>36298149
I'd rather take a cab.
>>36298586
i've been cutting for 9 week and plan to cut for 3-4 more. eating 2-300 cals above maintenance 3 days out of 9 weeks is hardly significant.
it can get kinda grindy sometimes, my dude. mental satiety is important too.
Subway was my first cheat meal after a month of keto. I was like... "wow, I can't believe I actually used to like this."
he diddles kids and doesn't afraid of anything
Shit food, but kinda handy if you need to buy something in the morning that you're not gonna eat until lunch
>tfw moved out West and no more Wawa
>>36298407
Chipotle beats subway in terms of "healthy"
>>36299843
What the fuck is "Wawa"
>>36299843
It's a shitty convenience store in Philadelphia that wishes it could be Sheetz
>>36298305
go to the store right now with $3 and buy the ingredients to make one comparable sandwich. you can't fucking do it, cause you're full of shit

one subway-quality sandwich yourself for $3. just fucking admit you can't do it
>>36303499
good thing the only ingredients on a subway sandwich are six slices of ham and a handful of lettuce, moron. you've still got a footlong roll, three more kinds of coldcut, onions, tomatoes, spinach, peppers and sauce. for $3
Jarred Fogle got to fuck prime underage boipussy. Living the dream.
>>36303711
I used to work at a subway and I promise no one cares enough to do that. We did get drunk at work a few times though.
>>36304629
You're not getting a foot long for 3 bucks around here (Canada). Here it would be about 6.50 for a foot long ham.
And the point is that you could buy all the ingredients for a subway sandwich at the grocery store, and yes it would cost a bit more, but you'd be able to make 5 sandwiches instead of buying one over priced one that some grubby immigrant touched.
