I'm looking for some high protein low calories food to help me reach my protein goals, found that tuna seems to be great for that.

Jerky is good, if you're not worried about salt. Vegetarian meat replacements can be pretty high in protein and low calorie compared to real meat.

This is outright false. There are no high protein low calorie plant based foods with the exception of processed soy. Nothing that compares to very cheap and common meats like chicken breast.
