This blue collar vs. white collar thing is really dumb and played out.

No one here or anywhere is getting the body they want through their jobs. Even infantry people in the military spend time in the gym. The only exceptions I can think of is possibly athletes, if you count their "gym time" as "job time" (which it's not, because their actual money-making activity is performing their sport, not preparing for their sport).

The people whose bodies are wrecked from their jobs happen with both blue collar and white collar work; they're the ones who didn't take care of themselves outside of their job at all.

I work at a similar place. Free awesome gym access 24/7 and Employer gives away money for not being obese. $100/yr for being minimally active and another $100/yr for having healthy blood sugar/bmi. Sometimes it pays to work along side fatasses.
