Hey /fit/. I started doing some sport and I lost a few kilos. My parents are like crazy with that, they're always like "you're too skinny" or "you're obsessed with that shit".
How could I convince them that I'm only healthier?
>I'm 1,68cm and 60kg.
Unless you pack some proper muscle you're fat. Show them BMI numbers and all that.

wait till you turn 13 and then tell them again lmao

60kg at that height is pretty small. I'm guessing very little of that weight is muscle as well, so you're probably a skelly

You must be joking.

Try posting after you're over the age of 16.

This. If you build any sort of muscle and don't have a sedentary lifestyle, the BMI scale becomes immediately irrelevant.

Dude, there are people whose fat free mass alone would fall into that obesity category. Come on, think a little.

Are you grill? Because you're fat for one, but skinny for a guy.

Lost a lot of weight. Looking back on it, I legitimately should've started working out THEN, instead of just enjoying the weight loss. Now I gotta remove the extra kilograms as well as work on muscle.

Spartacus was a great show.

And OP is totally a roided up freak beast. BMI works just fine for normal people (although OP, if a man, is kind of short)

Why all that hate, bros?
