...how often do you do cardio? after every workout? restdays? weekends? just once a week?
>>
Whenever I'm not feeling tired as fuck from lifting.

Last week I did cardio like 4 times for 45-60min ontop of my lifting. Now this week I'm tired and haven't done any at all, just lifting only while keeping calorie deficit with food.

I am currently slowly cutting down though, so I have it in there for a reason, not just doing it randomly.

Are.... are we allowed to talk about cardio now? What if the lifters see us?

I do a 20-30 minute run every other morning. Nothing crazy, but it gets the blood pumping.

3 days a week, alternating with lifting days, with one total rest day. Considering moving to an intermediate plan with four lifting days. I'll do cardio on the light day.
Two sessions, 30-90 minutes depending on the day.

Watermark says Kat von G, published by Mixed Magazine.

No idea if that's a clue.
>>
Never? There's no real benefit to cardio.
As far as cardiovascular gains go HIIT is vastly superior and time efficient, as for endurance doing high volume resistance training with short rest is more beneficial. Cardio is something normies do to delude themselves into thinking that its gonna help them lose weight
>>
I have a 5k trail run in November so I train once a week, probably up it to more in September but I can already do a normal 5k easily

>>
>>36237794

>>

I jump rope every day I workout (4 times a week).
I used to walk/jog about 15 minutes before every workout, and then when I was on Yohimbine I walked an hour a day. Went from 30 to 20% bodyfat in a month.

HIIT is still cardio you stupid fuck. And lol, if you get short of breath just doing high rep/volume then you are definitely unfit as fuck. Ask me how i know you're DYEL?
>>
>>36237794
I do cardio from Mondays to Satudays. On Monday, Wed and Friday I do HIIT 40 to 45 minutes and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I do the bike for 30 minutes after I'm finished with my workout.
>>
>>36237804
you should do it before lifting.
>>
>>36237794

daily

im cutting
>>
>>36239631
Incorrect. You can still do cardio with no energy, but you're not lifting a thing if you're out of energy.
>>
>>36237794
Every day I'd go for a jog for at least 30 minutes.
>>

>HIIT 40 to 45 minutes

You're doing it wrong.
>>
I run a mile or row 2 miles between lifting, sometimes twice if I have the time

Feels good slowly improving my run times upstairs while increasing strength downstairs

My brothers I tell you walk 5 min on incline or bike for 5 before your workout and then after leg days I fast walk on super incline for about 8-10. uper body days bike or run for 10-15. You will see superb definition.

You may actually be clinically retarded.

Or hit the heavy bag for 6 rounds.... Hands down the best anything ever
>>
HIIT finishers after workouts - kettlebell swings or snatches work best for me - and additionally sprints two days a week. Ripped to fuck after two-three months.
>>
>>36239901
I think it's more of, if you do cardio before lifting, you risk injuring yourself during lifting, and your stats are probably lesser than what you are capable of; mainly the injury part though
>>
>>36239901
>>36240596
It's easier to run with worn out muscles than it is to lift with a worn out cardiovascular system
>>
Usually run three miles and quarter on the days i don't lift, but having a real hard fucking time losing body fat.

HITT - anaerobic + aerobic
By cardio most people mean pure aerobic activity
>>
Hiit on the days i don't lift.
Twice a week.
it's not rocket science.
>>
>>36241433

THANKS DR BROSCIENCE
>>
I play football (soccer) twice a week for a 5v5 league and that's it really except for an occasional cycle
>>
I do 10-15 min of cardio every day after lifting (Monday-Friday)

I prefer that over 20-30 min a few times a week.
>>
Lately I've been feeling like I can run after squatting, but I've found that that feeling means I can squat more the next day. Screw cardio. I want to get to 3pl8.
