I lift there 3-4 times a week normally at 10pm-2am. Anywhere around that. Just got back right now.

Your routines are a bit wonky

You have the accessories split on each side which is retarded. My suggestion.

2 sets warm up of each exercise before starting your work sets below..


A:
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench
3x10 Incline bench
2x10 Tri exercise of your choice
4x failure pullups
4x 10 rows

Now add situps if you wish.

B:
3x5 Military press
4x8-10 lateral raises
3x5 deadlift
5x10 curls

If you have time any other accessories you want such as more abs. I like cable wood choppers.
