I just started working out again after a few years and a lot of weight gain and yesterday I 1pl8 OHP 5reps without too much problem.

Thing is, I don't know if the bars at gym are 20kg, they really do not seem to be. They are the ones that the weights spin independently of the bar itself, anyone know how much they weigh?

He pulled 405 on his first day in the gym. Not even memeing.

Guy was fairly skilled at BJJ before he started lifting, probably has a lot to do with how he was able to pull 4 fucking plates his first time in the gym deadlifting.

Hit OHP first after about a year of lifting.
For some reason i am super symmetrical strength-wise and I hit 2pl8 bench and 3 pl8 squat within a month of the OHP milestone.
Deadlift is only at 375 though, still a ways to go.

Anybody who's done any kind of movement as a little kid will start out with 1pl8 bench and 2pl8 squat withing a month of lifting, it's just a matter of learning how to do the movements.

Not really. I'm on path for about the same, maybe quicker. If you've done some kind of sport in your teens you start off with 1pl8 bench at least.

Bench will be next, I'm about 1.75 for reps now
My Squat is suffering because the rack is always taken so I'm only at 2 plate
And for some reason I've never liked deadlifts, always feel like I'm going to pass out, shit myself or go to snap city or all 3 at once so that is 2 plate as well.

I do 110 for 10 reps and 125 for 5 depending if I'm looking for volume or not.

I don't know why but I can't progress more than two lifts at a time. I'm currently at ;
Ohp: 115lbs
Bp: 155lbs
Squat: 235lbs
Dl: 320lbs

For thr past month my Ohp and Squat have been progressing and bench and Dl are stalled. I feel like I'll hit 1 plate Ohp first followed by 4 plate Dl shortly after but 3 plate Squat is going to take some time and 2 plate bench never.
