Hello /fit/. Im your usual /b/tard but theres no way in hell im going to go there and ask this shit. All Ill get is "kill yourself fat bitch" or "tits or GTFO", after all. I am 5'5, and 180 lbs. Female in high school. I am technically just 'overweight' according to BMI charts, but im pretty much one point away from being obese. I want to be down to 115-120.

With that, I have some questions.

1) Obviously, how do I loose weight? Im okay with fasting and starving, but I will not puke up shit. Thats fucking disgusting. I need a diet/routine that can help me loose some goddamn pounds, and fast. NOTE: My fat distribution is really odd. I cant pinch my fat on my sides (no love handles), as pretty much all of my fat went to the front of my body. So,lucky me, all of it went to my thighs and the front of my stomach. It could have went to my tits and ass, but NO. My genetics had to be little dickheads.

2) If I were to starve/fast, how do I get my energy? Any recommended vitamins? I just dont want to be passing out in the middle of class and shit from undernourishment.

3) I get that anarexia is a legit disease, so let me be clear: I AM NOT DEPRESSED. I AM NOT SUICIDAL. I dont cut myself and shit. I used to have a huge issue with depression and anxiety, but im on pills. I am fine. This is purely for my self confidence. Anyways, is stopping when I hit my goal going to be a problem? Ive heard all of the stories of girls seeing themselves as fatasses in the mirror when in reality they are skinny as fuck. How do I avoid that? Is it all bullshit?

1. Read the sticky.

2. The energy will come from your fat. That's the point of losing weight.

3. You'll more than likely stop at some point before your goal weight once you think you look good and wind up gaining it all back.

4. If those are calories per day, you'll kill yourself. Stick with around 1200/day.

counting & restricting calories is the way to go but something like 1200 a day with no fasting days is probably reasonable

Fine OP I'll help you out.
Aim at around 1000-1500 calories/day.
Avoid all animal products."muh chicken breast" No. Fuck you. All animal products are shit.
Make beans/chickpeas/lentils/brown rice and potatoes a staple in your diet.
Eat a lot of non starchy veggies.
Remember to control calories but that will be a lot of food since it's all veggies mainly.
Eat some fruit, few servings a day.
Intermittent fasting every day, 16 hours at least, times don't matter.
DRINK SHITTON OF WATER, aim for 3-4 L daily.
Exercise every day in some way or another.
Eg bodyweight exercises alternate with some walking or hiit if you are brave. Aim for 30 min daily maybe less if you do hiit.
Be consistent.
Enjoy weight loss, youll also start feeling the flavour of all those good ass veggies after a few weeks if you are on a shit burger and fries diet.
Also eat low salt.

None of them follow it. Trust me. There's lots of "beginner ana" diets around, ABC diet, skinny girl diet, the one in the OP is apparently a variation on SGD. No one who actually has anorexia follows or cares about these retarded picture programs, they're all for fat chicks who see them on tumblr and decide they're going to get anorexia to be thin.

They usually make it about 3 days in and then binge 2000+ cals. Some will end it there, some will continue going but keep continually binging and fucking it up. It's like a whole different eating disorder that tumblr and pinterested created, where fat chicks try really hard to restrict and then inevitably binge over and over (occasionally with purging).

This is where you will fail, OP.

Going 'fast' is not the way to go if you want to succeed. Unless you have the mind and willpower of a monk (but you don't, overweight people generally don't have a great willpower else they wouldn't be fat. I know because I am one.)

Do what I do: Take it one step at a time.

Take a long walk every day (listen to a podcast or an audio book, time will fly fast as fuck and if you have a dog like me you have an 'excuse' for exercising).

Stop drinking carbs. This is the easiest thing for me to drop because I don't generally care for soda.

Start counting calories, there are a fuckton of apps for this, where you calculate how many calories you should eat per day.

Also remember that a setback does not mean giving up. In the long run a setback won't matter but a few will most definetly.

Whenever I get a craving to have another portion of food, or eating candy or any other shit food I ask myself if it's worth it? Do I want to eat this in the long run? Will I feel better if I eat this?

Last tip is don't go malnourished or anorexic.
