I'm 20 f about 90 pounds.
I just started exercising and don't have a lot of fat or muscle. I'm looking for exercises specifically to make my butt look bigger but I'm confused about articles saying "just squat" and "don't squat" at the same time.
I have no clue what I'm doing and sticky didn't help. I have access to a gym. Anyone else have luck with this?

Eat a surplus and do cardio to not get fat. Exercise wise squat, deadlift, lunges are great, stiff leg deadlift, even barbell glute bridge. Might want to even consider plyometrics. Have fun with it

Do what I do and ride a bike. Especially if you go to college. I ride my bike everywhere at uni and my ass is bigger than 90% of all girls asses as a guy. Don't get a street bike. Get one with nice shock absorbers that's more of a hybrid bike. It's a great workout if you do sprints while biking instead of a continuous pedal to get where you need to go.
Great little burst of cardio, trains the quads and glutes pretty well if you work hard at it. Also pretty fun riding around
