I eat 1,600-1,700 a day as a relatively strong manlet 5'6"-7 idk, lost 12 pounds like this while maintaining and gaining in important lifts, ohp, weighted pull ups, bench, squat, etc. Weighing 168lbs now at like 16-17%bf. You get used to eating low calories and I'm not doing cardio, so it's my own fault.

above 1 pl8 bench, and I have sporadic paralysis up my leg which make them somewhat weak no matter how hard I train them, but despite the disability I might be able to 2pl8 deadlift. I haven't tried that much weight on these legs before. I had a spinal chord tumor when I was two that caused the disability.
