Hey fit what age and height were you when you stopped growing.
And to keep this fitness oriented did your height give you any impairments to lifting or did it help you out?

I hit 5'8 at age 14 and stayed that height until I was 20 and did a cycle of peptides, I then grew 2 inches in as many months. Had some nasty growing pains in my shins and upper arms, couldn't even workout it was that bad.
Stopped at 14-15 a couple inches below duke of manlets height.

There isn't too much info on the long term effects of peptide use so that is hard to say. Other than the growing pains the only other sides would be excess estrogen, hence why you should take an aromatose inhibitor such as Aromasin or Arimidex. This will likely only work if your growth plates are still open, I'm pretty sure they close at age 25 for men usually. I'll post my peptide usage.

I looked like a 12 year old for five years, There are pictures of me between 2000 and 2004 where i look identical in every picture. The worst are the yearly water polo team pictures where i am literally in a tiny speedo and nothing else so you can see i have no muscle development either. in 2005 i suddenly look like a child with a pair of socks down his pants because at least something changed (my baby balls suddenly, very suddenly, became a huge pair of adult sized testicles over about 3 months. it was another 3 months before my dick stopped looking like a pop top and grew to a decent size) and then by 2007 i was the tallest kid there. I didn't lose "tiny anon" until collage on the other side of the country.

At around 14 I hit 5'6".
Grew slowly after that until about age 17, hit 5'9".
Grew another inch between age 21-23 or so, now I'm sitting at 5'10". I'm 25 now and don't expect to see any more growth, but I don't mind my height.
I'm the same height as my driver's license when I was 17.

Well i just meant that were on exactly the same growth path except I am 2 years behind..
I was measured 5'7 in 8th grade and I know for a fact I've grown since then, but when I was measured recently I stood 5'6. I guess they measured me incorrectly. Hence I assumed I was always 5'8. It doesn't help that literally everyone lies about their height so I was 2 inches taller than people who reported 5'10 etc.
21 now, I'd like to grow more, but I'm just happy to have been born rich and handsome. The chances of those occurring in a life are a lot lower than tallness.

Isn't that for the legs? Like where the bulk of growth occurs? I have understood that one can squeeze out .5"-1.5" in torso length until early 20s, a little later than 18.
