I took a break from working out (only been working out like 3 weeks) due to a week of work, and I easily pushed 145 for reps. And my squats went up 20 pounds. I was having trouble with 95 at the start but I didn't have trouble with 155.

I must have been overworking myself hard. At least I have hope in my squats now though. They started off terrible and are just at bad now.

But that's my milestone as of yesterday. Not struggling too much with 145 (before I was nearly dead after 3x5) and a new squat pr.
