Because i was fat for a long time. I tried dieting like everyone else, and of course it didnt work. When i started lifting i found it so much easier to lose weight, and now i get to do my favorite thing in the world, bulking. People constantly remark that i look too fit to be eating that much food.

I lift for me and all the good and positive things it bring. Better health. More confidence. This all contributes to a more sucessful life because as I keep lifting I get more and more determined to succeed in life and this makes me happy, and so on and so forth.
