Giuliano can bench 30 kg gat dayum
>>35932214
What's the point of lifting when you're that ugly?
It would be better to work on his character.
I started at 14, quit at 17.
I started again at 24. I am 28 now.
Im still a loser in the end, and to think i quit lifting at 17 to focus on more important things in life, yeah that went really well...not.
>>35932240
lmao the redpill is leaking
>>35932214
I started in high school (around 16) as to circumvent PE. I hated running and PE during class. So if you enrolled at the local community college and did their weigh lifting class it counted as PE credit.
I wish i had taken it seriously then and kept up with it...27 now and had i kept up with it instead being off and on for the last 5 years (military) id be jacked as fuck probably,

I began lifting at 16, but had idea whatsoever about nutrition or proper routine.
I'm 23 and I've taken multiple spells away from the gym.
I wish I had the knowledge I have now when I first started, and I wish I'd never stopped lifting.

Started at 17, never stopped. 22 now. Unlucky faggots.
>>35932214
I kind of never really started, I just very slowly added more and more exercises until I had a full routine a few months ago.
Anyway, I wish I started taking interest in this sort of stuff at 16 or something. At least a basic routine and running. But there was a lot of other stuff wrong with me back then, so I know that the reason why I changed so late was simply because there was so much to learn.
Sometimes I fantasize about what it would be like if I could go back to when I was 16 with my current knowledge added to what I knew back then.

>>35932262
redpill would say the opposite, that every male should lift no matter what
>>35932214
At 14, like I did. However, I wish that had done sports and bodyweight stuff before that for my whole life, and that I would have started lifting in a level-headed way, not wasting years doing useless bullshit. I would be so much stronger and aesthetic if this was true.
>>35932604
I honestly wouldn't lift if I had a built like him. But I'm fucked with wide hips and all that shit and need to compensate, although I have no proof that it's even possible to compensate for that.

>>35932214
I went to the YMCA a little and lifted in grade 10 (15-16 yrs). stopped after a few times cause I didn't know what I was doing and I liked doing drugs.
I look pretty good from lifting for a year and a half and I am pretty strong too, but what I would give to have found this site 10 years ago.

I think doing calisthenics from a young age then lifting from around 13/14 is probably the best case scenario.
>>35933266

>>35932214
21, I should not have half assed it at 21.
I should have taken care of my weight at 23, which I knew was getting out of control even then.
Started at 19 but quit after a few months. I'm almost 23 now and am still a lanky faggot. So I guess I wish I started at 19 (but never quit) because I could've made it by now.
>>35932743
>lifting to hide shit genetics
know the feel
12, so I would have did something instead of sit around and get fat
>>35932253
> important thing in life
Did actually do something worth for you during that time? College? Had good relationships? Developed a career? Traveled? Had fun with friends? Fucked girls? Anything?
> start foundation at 12
I'd be doing rope rope climbs and hollow back presses by now

Doesnt matter that much anyway. Natty gains will pretty much stop after training 10 years right(1 lbs per year afterwards). 80% of the gains are made in the first 5 years.
I started at 15, I'm 21 now. If I had started a 12 I wouldn't be that much different, maybe 5% better.
>>35932214
Hi i wanted to tell you i just started lifting. I am also underage
>>35935121
I started at 15, can confirm gains are quick and plentiful

Wouldnt lifting at like 12 - 16 stunt growth that's what my doctor said to me when I was 16. he Said how squats erode the growth plate and what not. So I would assume 20 and up is the best age that's why i started at 22.

Currently 19 yrs old. Started doing a few excercises about four years ago when my uncle gave me some old weights. Got excited with my little gains and thought that I could stop altogether.
Started back up last year in April and have been lifting ever since then. Glad that I started up again at 18.

This is just a myth created by gains goblins to keep kids from getting big
i was introduced to lifting at 14 because of football...dabbled in it every offseason until i went full force last year when i was 17 and made a whole lot of gains.

All that really says is that kids should be exercising, nothing about how growth is affected.
>be 14 dad gets me some dumbells and a barbell
>have a little bench in the basement
>dad wont let me bench more than 50lbs
>have to do count downs, 15 reps, then 14, then 13, then 12 ect. to 1
>get really bored with curls and bench press
>stay athletic as fuck
>every now and then do a little working out
>discover pot, beer, and sluts.. never touch the weights
>get old, get fat
>get serious about losing weight at 33
fuck, what could have been.
>>35938002
Doesn't mention growth effects.

i needed something better to do than sulking at that moment of my life

Pretty sure no single study has been done on that happening to a fucking 9 year old bro. The human body is so much more complicated than that
