I dunno, man, I've been monogamous the whole time I've been lifting. On the plus side my ex got fat as shit while I've gotten progressively better looking, and I definitely get more physical appreciation from my g/f, between appreciative comments when I get home from the gym and self-deprecating comments when she skips. I feel better about myself, and I feel better physically.
On the downside it fucking crushes my soul when someone says "Oh anon, you're so skinny!" and I'll probably never be happy with my body no matter how far along this path I get.
