Ex-skellington here, been going for a year now, I've started to notice positive changes.
However, I have this slight crease where my pecs connect to the shoulder, between the armpit and the nipple, pic related. I'd share a real pic but my phone is shit.
Is this normal and will it smooth out? /fit/ dudes I've seen don't have this crease.

It's just separation in your muscles. Means you have good definition and you should be happy. Pecs aren't smooth like in cartoons

It happens because the clavicular, sternal and costal section of the pectoralis major have different points of insertions on the humerus and they overlap at that point.
