Looking for some help on my routine.
I was wondering if I should add anything to the following routine:
I do PPLxPPL
DAY 1 – PULL
Deadlift 5x5
Pendlay Row 5x5
Barbell Curl 5x5
Planks 3xF
DAY 2 – PUSH
Bench Press 5x5
OHP 5x5
Tricep Dips 5x12
Planks 3xF
DAY 3 – LEGS
Back Squats 5x5
SLDL 5x5
Weighted Crunches 3x12
I was considering adding tricep extensions on my push day and dropping from 5x12 dips to 5x8 or even 5x5. Wondering if that's a good idea and what I should add elsewhere, if anything, or if this is fine as is and the less I fuck with it the better.
