Basically the short version is that all the available tools we have become wildly inaccurate once you get below like 10-14% bf. Even things like calipers are super variable based on who is using them. So basically a bunch of retards just make up what bf they get to. Even pro bodybuilders will be like hurr i got on stage a 2% bf, i doubt a single person ever has gotten below 4% bf.
And don't even get me started on the women
