Why are you fucknuts not eating chili?
Ingredients:
2lbs ground chicken
1 can hearty cut tomatoes
1 can beans
1 Package chili flavoring

Follow these easy steps you fraggits:
Brown the meat in a pot
Drain the grease
Add the flavor packet to coat meat
Add beans
Add tomatoes
Bring to a boil, then lower heat for 10 mins

Here are the macros:
2000kcals
200g protein
70g fat
30g carbs

It's so easy to make, and I usually split it into 4 servings so I get 50g protein and 500kcals per bowl. Easy to eat hot or cold, and don't add any of that cracker, cheese or sour cream bullshit or I will find you and I will cut you.

Red meat is best. Seafood and white meat (ie mobile vegetables) are second. Third is dairy, but only the high protein varieties. Very distant fourth is vegetable sources, but pretty much all of them will give so many unnecessary calories so I wouldn't recommend them.
